The Contractor Fight (TCF), a US-based online educational program, asked Kitestring Studio to build an original platform for an introductory coaching program where they could onboard new and existing members, publish lesson content and assessments, and manage virtual review sessions.
The platform enables members to complete a 90-day learning module, facilitates twice-monthly group calls by coaches, and equips administrators with tools to manage the process seamlessly.
We initiated the project by zeroing in on TCF’s core needs. An initial blueprint was sketched to establish foundational requirements, serving as the framework for all ensuing work.
Our approach was iterative, evolving the design and functionalities in real-time as the program launched and enrolled more members. Key features included automating admin tasks and integrating existing design elements from TCF’s website and Formidable forms. We also integrated Zoom and other APIs for timely notifications.
Both admin and member interfaces were developed with a focus on ease-of-use. Features included automated scheduling and email reminders, as well as interfaces for coaches to facilitate calls. Client feedback was actively incorporated, resulting in ongoing refinements. Initiated in summer 2022, the platform launched its core features by the new year of 2023, with continual updates based on evolving needs.
